Refund policy

RETURN PERIOD

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing CS@yongnve.com. Include your name, order number, item, and reason. Wait for our instructions before mailing anything.

ELIGIBILITY

Returns require proof of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with packaging, tags, and accessories.

Items used, damaged after delivery, or missing components may be ineligible, except for defects, incorrect fulfillment, or rights provided by law.

RETURN COSTS

Returns are completed by mail following our instructions.

Customers pay return shipping for changes of mind or ordering the wrong item.

For damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries, contact us with your order number and photographs where available. After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution, including a return label or reimbursement of reasonable return postage where appropriate.

There is no restocking fee.

REFUNDS

We inspect returned merchandise and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within five business days after inspection. Your payment provider may require additional posting time.

CANCELLATIONS

Contact us promptly to cancel. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch begins. Shipped orders may be returned under this policy.
