DESTINATIONS AND COST

We ship to supported United States addresses only. International shipping is not currently available.

Orders with unsupported addresses may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Standard shipping is free, with no minimum purchase. Charges for any alternative service appear at checkout. We do not add undisclosed mandatory shipping, handling, or service fees after purchase.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Processing normally takes 1–3 business days following successful payment authorization.

Business days exclude weekends and United States public holidays. The daily cutoff is 6:00 PM Pacific Time; orders received afterward begin processing the next business day.

Standard transit generally takes another 3–7 business days, giving an estimated total of 4–10 business days.

These estimates are not guarantees. Holidays, busy periods, weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, and other circumstances may cause delays.

CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

An order confirmation follows checkout. We email tracking when available; carrier updates may take additional time.

ADDRESSES AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Provide a complete, accurate address. Contact us immediately for corrections; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

For delayed, missing, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect shipments, send your order number and relevant photographs. We will investigate with the carrier or fulfillment provider.
